Yacht Insurance - Boat Insurance - Marine Boat Insurance - Marine Insurance - Motor Boat Insurance - Motor Yacht Insurance - Superyacht Insurance.
yacht insurance, boat insurance, marine boat insurance, marine insurance, motor boat insurance, motor yacht insurance, superyacht insurance are all descriptions of the insurances that Y Yacht Insurance can provide for yacht, boat and superyacht owners.
yacht insurance, boat insurance, marine boat insurance, marine insurance, motor boat insurance, motor yacht insurance, and superyacht insurance policies can be written on a Insured Perils insurance policy basis or an All Risks policy basis.
An Insured Perils policy names specific events for which your yacht insurance or motor boat insurance covers you. It is of course subject to various Exclusions which are listed in the yacht insurance policy. In the event of a claim you must inform the provider of your yacht insurance that the event has occurred. The yacht insurer will then tell you if any of the Exclusions apply.
An All Risks policy insures you for any accident or accidental damage to your yacht and this is of course also subject to the exclusions on the yacht insurance policy. An All Risks yacht insurance policy tends to be more inclusive in the insurance cover it provides so in the event of a claim on your yacht insurance policy you only need to tell your insurers that your boat has been damaged. The insurers of your boat or yacht insurance policy will then tell you if any of the Exclusions apply.
The list of Exclusions on a All Risks yacht insurance policy or boat insurance policy are likely to be longer than those on a Named Perils yacht insurance or boat insurance policy.
The Y Yacht Insurance yacht insurance policies are written on an All Risks basis.
